A Very Merry Christmas!

It seems like this year we were more excited for Christmas than usual! I’m not ashamed to say that I was listening to Christmas music well before Halloween began!

Michaela was able to come visit us again in November and thankfully she loves to celebrate just as much as we do! We spent her week in the parks doing as many Christmas activities as we possibly could!

On Michaela’s first full day in the parks, we went to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and met Santa Goofy and Pluto in their Christmas looks!

Also, the day we visited Animal Kingdom was one of the first days their beautiful Christmas tree was up at the entrance.

The next day we gathered together for one of the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas parties of the season. We were ready to spread some Christmas cheer! Iz had a brilliant idea for our group look that night and it was to wear Christmas Pajamas!

Not only was this adorable in group photos, but when it dropped down to 50 degrees at night, I was so cozy and warm walking around the Magic Kingdom in my flannel pajamas and moccasin slippers. Best outfit choice ever!

The first characters we met were Aurora, Phillip, Snow White, and Snow Prince! The princes were also sporting their new looks!

We watched the new Christmas Castle show which was a blast. “Text Me Merry Christmas” is a song I never expected to see on a Disney stage but I adore it. It was a very cute and funny number! However, my favorite part of the show was that they used a song from the Muppet’s Christmas Carol “It Feels Like Christmas” as the finale! It hit us right in the feels!

We spent the rest of our night mingling with Sandy Claws, stopping by Princess Fairytale Hall to visit Rapunzel and Flynn, and taking more pajama party pictures! This Very Merry Christmas Party really got us in the holiday spirit and I’m glad I got to celebrate with my big crazy Florida family!

If you thought this was fun… this was only the first half of Michaela’s trip! So stay tuned for even more festivities!
